Person Family Medical & Dental Center currently provides superior comprehensive primary care services from facilities constructed and equipped for effective delivery of coordinated health and dental services to the entire community and provides immediate access to secondary services according to the client’s needs.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Payment is expected at time of service. We accept cash, check, visa, master, credit/debit cards and most major insurance plans, including but not limited to Medicaid/ NC Health Choice, self pay and Medicare.
Although we’re not a free clinic we do offer sliding fee discounts to the uninsured and to patients who are having difficulty paying. We also have a 340B prescription program to assist with medications.
