Kenneth F. Strachan, MD (Medical Director)
Dr. Strachan began working at Person Family Medical Center on February 18, 2014. He was born in Nassau, Bahamas and now resides in Roxboro, NC with his wife and son.
He attended College of the Bahamas, Nassau Bahamas, McGill University, Montreal, Quebec Canada and St. George’s University School of Medicine, Grenada West Indies.
Dr. Strachan is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the Education Commission for Foreign Medicine. He is also a member of the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Strachan states he was raised in a small town very similar to Roxboro. The closeness of the community and the warmth of the people are familiar experiences which remind him of home. Dr. Strachan states he Loves It and is grateful for the opportunity to serve the community even away from the Bahamas.
His hobbies consist of swimming, cycling, and traveling.
Aileen Searles, MD (Pediatrician)
Dr. Searles was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. She attended college at the University of Toledo, where she earned her B.S. in biology. She stayed at the University of Toledo for medical school, where she met her husband. Following medical school, Dr. Searles moved to Louisville, Kentucky, where she completed her residency in Pediatrics at Kosair Children’s Hospital.
She now resides in Hillsborough with her husband and daughter. Dr. Searles has a special interest in preventive medicine – keeping kids healthy and preventing illness. She enjoys spending time with her family, all things outdoors, cooking, and traveling.
Demaura Russell, MD
Dr. Russell is a Warren County, NC native. She attended the Warren County public schools ranking #3 in her high school class of about 400 students. She decided at an early age that family medicine would be her field of study.
Dr. Russell chose to pursue her dreams as a Family physician by continuing her education at the Hampton University in Hampton Virginia, graduating in 2002 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with highest honors. She received her doctor of Medicine degree from the Wake Forest School of Medicine in 2010.
Dr. Russell entered her residency at Cabarrus Family Medicine in Concord NC. She continued her studies in family medicine with a focus in rural medicine. She completed her residency training in 2013.
Dr. Russell has a love for rural medicine. She is excited about bringing her expertise to Person County.

John Illsley, PA-C
John Illsley, PA-C brings his expertise and experience as a certified Physician Assistant to the patients of Person Family Medical Center. John joined Person Family Medical Center on Monday, June 5, 2017.
He was born in Boynton Beach, FL. and now resides in Durham NC with his wife.
John earned his Masters of Science Degree as a Physician Assistant from the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelors of Science Degree from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, FL.
John is a member of the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant and is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) as well as Basic Life Support (BLS).
John is excited to have the opportunity to work in a facility medicine environment and serve a diverse patient population. He is particularly interested in a functional medicine approach; to work with patient to discover root causes of their ailment.
In his spare time John enjoys playing tennis, going for long walks, cooking, playing his guitar and going to church.
David Lewis, PA-C
David Lewis, PA-C joined Person Family Medical & Dental Center on October 16, 2017. David brings his expertise in Community Health Centers to Person Family Medical Center.
He was born in Pennsylvania and currently resides in Oxford, NC with his wife and daughter.
David received his degree as a Physician Assistant from Kings College, Wilkes- Barre, Pennsylvania. He is a member of the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistant.
In his spare time David enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He also enjoys Camping and Music to include playing his Guitar and Piano.

Rivkah Krevsky, DDS
Rivkah Krevsky, DDS is a native of Montreal, Canada and currently resides in Durham, NC with her child.
Rivkah attended Florida International University, Miami Florida, and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry, Chapel Hill, NC. She also completed a general practice residency at UNC hospital.
Rivkah is the member of the American Dental Association and the North Carolina Dental Society.
In Rivkah's spare time she enjoys reading, going for walks, hanging out with her baby and relaxing with her pet cat and rabbit.
Renee Foley, DDS
Dr. Gaskey-Foley grew up in Concord, NC and knew she wanted to be a dentist by the 7th grade.
She completed her under graduate degree in Dental Hygiene from UNC; Chapel Hill, NC in 1991. She completed her Doctor of Dental Science degree from UNC; Chapel Hill, NC in 1995.
She lives in Creedmoor with her husband, Matt, her twins, Declan, and Isabella and her two dogs, Lily and Axel.
Dr. Gaskey- Foley strives to provide quality dental care in a gentle manner. She enjoys spending time with her family and reading in her spare time.

Patrick Thomas Jensen, MD (Psychiatrist)
Dr. Jensen was born in Redding, California but currently resides in Cary, NC with his wife and four children.
Dr. Jensen is Board Certified in General Psychiatry. He received his undergraduate degree at the University of Miami, Miami, Florida and his medical school degree at East Tennessee State University, Johnson City, Tennessee. His residency in psychiatry was completed at Duke University Medical Center, Durham, NC.
Dr. Jensen also holds a Masters of Divinity in Pentecostal Theological Seminary. His specialized treatment areas include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, postpartum OCD, sleep disorder, therapy for individuals, families, groups and couples (separation/divorce), grief and loss.
Dr. Jensen enjoys his ministry, reading and exercising. He is excited to bring his expertise in behavioral health services to the Roxboro community.
Shumaine McCloud, LCSW
Shumaine McCloud is a Licensed Clinical Social worker with over 17 years’ experience in clinical social work. Shumaine has experience working with all age groups. She has worked with adults, children, and geriatric patients in an out-patient setting providing psychiatric counseling services.
Shumaine’s specialized treatment includes Individual Counseling, Family Counseling, Trauma Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Anger Management, Bipolar, Couples Therapy, and more.
Ms. McCloud currently resides in Henderson, North Carolina. She is excited about bringing her expertise to Person County and the surrounding area.
